UI Developer

SchedulePop is looking for an experienced and talented UI/Mobile developer to work with our design and development team, collaborating on the design process and helping to execute the front end and mobile development for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, other UI/UX designers and product managers. They will be able to work within deadline and make deliberate design decisions – to translate any given user journey into aspirational and intuitive experiences.

Principle Responsibilities include:
• Must be a great team player, self-motivated, experienced in working with agile teams in a startup environment
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and user experience
• Deliver a variety of outputs that facilitate the design process including rapid prototypes, user stories, concept sketches and storyboards
• Execute detailed visual designs

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
• 3-4-years of experience developing responsive, multimodal and intuitive interfaces
• Expertise in tools such as Framer, PHP, MYSQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, Jira, Confluence, Ionic, Cordova, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator
• Expertise in Ionic Frameworks
• Full stack experience
• User-centric design approach including research and testing

Client Success Associate

SchedulePop is looking for a motivated and experienced Client Success Associate to join our Client Success team, working directly with our customers to help them get the most out of our products, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts to keep our customers up to date on the latest features.

Principle Responsibilities include:

Customer Onboarding:
Obtaining sales contract, importing client data, travel/work from home, set up/add to Mailchimp

Customer Training:
Providing customers with multiple software training, both on-site and via google hangout/zoom

Service and Communication:
Ongoing client account management–regular check-ins via phone and email, troubleshooting problems and answering questions, and updating spreadsheets regarding multiple accounts.

Olark Live Chat:
Responding to customers via our 24/7 live chat system


Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
• 3-4-years of experience working directly with clients as a sales associate or customer service agent
• Familiarity with tools such as Gmail,Online Chat, MailChimp, ZenDesk, and Excel.
• Familiarity with scheduling software (optional)

Additional Skills:

• Manage varying responsibilities while multitasking, communicating in a timely manner and meeting concurrent deadlines
• Flexible and confident, even when dealing with ambiguity
